The juice

What's in the bottle and how it's made.

Never. Every bottle is 100% juice with no added sugar, no concentrates, no syrups — only the natural sweetness of the organic produce itself. What you taste is the fruit and vegetable, nothing else.

Yes. JuiceAlize is built on 100% organic produce sourced from local Bay Area farms whenever possible. Each bottle is pressed from roughly two pounds of organic vegetables and fruit — that's the whole ingredient list.

Cold-pressing uses a slow hydraulic press instead of a fast spinning blade, so the juice never heats up. That preserves the live enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that high-speed juicers and store-bought pasteurized juices destroy. The result is a brighter, richer juice that's nutritionally closer to the whole produce.

About two pounds of organic produce is pressed into every 16oz bottle. That's the equivalent of a large salad's worth of vegetables and fruit in a form your body absorbs in minutes.

Cold-pressed juice is an easy way to flood your body with bioavailable vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The greens support natural detox pathways, the roots bring nitrates that help healthy circulation, and the citrus delivers immune-supporting vitamin C. Drink it fresh, drink it often, and let the produce do the work.

Our juices are raw and unpasteurized, so they're best enjoyed within 3–5 days of pressing and kept refrigerated. We press the morning of every market and delivery, so the bottle in your hand is as close to the press as possible.

Yes — I Am Nutty is our house almond mylk, pressed from organic almonds with no gums or thickeners. It pours beautifully in espresso and is already on bar at Roy's Station and Academic Coffee in San Jose.

Who we are and where we press.

JuiceAlize is a San Jose–based cold-pressed juice company founded by Elizabeth. We press and bottle in San Jose, California. Our home is 2390 Almaden Rd, Ste 30, and we serve the whole South Bay — San Jose, Campbell, Morgan Hill, Los Gatos, and Japantown — through farmers' markets, retail partners, and DoorDash delivery.
